Costa Rica is open to travelers from all countries and states! All tourists are welcome! No testing or documentation is required to enter.

COVID Testing (if your country requires it to go back)

(This Service is ONLY available for Hotel guests)

With the COVID testing regulations, many required within 1 day, we offer day before rapid antigen tests done at the hotel. The tests are $60 per person, with verbal results given within 15 minutes and then e-mailed to you within a couple of hours.
For those travelers that require a PCR test, we also offer PCR tests done at the hotel, these are $125 per person.


Our COVID-19 Protocols listed below were developed in response to the current COVID-19 pandemic as part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring the health and well-being of all our guests, colleagues and the community we work and live in.

We have augmented our health and sanitation protocols across the property for everyone’s safety and peace of mind.


  • All staff will be required to wash their hands every 30 minutes, as is recommended by the Health ministry.
  • Our staff will be asked to report to us any symptoms that they have or anyone who lives with or near them.
  • Staff will keep their distance as much as possible when dealing with guests.


  • Reception staff will sanitize their hands frequently and before and after each guest arrival.
  • The desk will be disinfected after each guest arrival.
  • We have eliminated the cold welcome towels.
  • Reception staff will disinfect all items that will be shared with the next shift.


  • All items in the room will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected each day.
  • They will wash hands after each room cleaning.
  • Bed sheets will be changed every 3 days to minimize contact, unless you request otherwise.


  • Tables will be appropriately distanced from one another.
  • Our menus are all listed online on our website, if you prefer to use your own smart device to review menu items.
  • Staff will wash their hands every 30 minutes.
  • All utensils and dining room items will be sterilized after each use.
  • Tables and the bar will be wiped down after each use.


  • Staff will wash their hands before entering the kitchen.
  • Hands will be washed at least every 15 minutes and before and after preparing every dish.
  • We have always had a very strict protocol for how we handle the kitchen and will continue with that process.

Communal Areas

  • All of our shared spaces are outdoors or open air, meaning there are much lower chances of spreading germs. This includes the restaurant.
  • Pool chairs will be spaced out, but can also be moved to accommodate social distancing.
