Janine “Jivana” Jordan

~Janine “Jivana” Jordan considers herself a dedicated Gaian tantrika. She has been a practicing yogini for over 10 years with 500+ hours of teacher training. Her main speciality is karma yoga though she has a deep passion for yogic philosophy which brought her to the path of Tantra yoga. She studied with Ana Costa of the Anahata practice in Encinitas, CA for 2 years, Psalm Isadora for Tantra yoga, Peter Kaaberbol of Yogividia, and most recently is studying the teachings of Planetary Tantra from John Lamb Lash. Other major influences have been 3 years of self-study through the Self-Realization Fellowship set up by Paramahansa Yogananda and reading of many of Guru Rattana’s ( a kundalini student of Yogi Bhajan) books. Her classes are a mix of hatha, kundalini, slow-flow alignment based vinyasa, intuitive exploration, and tantric philosophy. Most people love her moving musical selection and magical savasana adjustments.
