$14 per person (residents $8) Yoga classes are given in our Yoga Studio, with an incredible ocean view (see photos below)! Our Walk-in classes are open to everyone (Ylang Ylang guests and non-guests). Private classes also available for $45 p.p (60 min., must be booked 1 day in advance).

Dianne Siegfried

~ A Certified Yoga Alliance Instructor through the Reflections Yoga Center. ~ Fusing her knowledge of therapeutic massage with aligned vinyasa and gentle pranayama, Dianne creates a safe, non-competitive environment to relax and break free of physical or mental patterning. ~ The sounds of the sea, and the incredible view make it easy to glide into our daily practice. ~ Come explore the creative expression of your physical body while creating body awareness. ~ Feel the expansion on a deep cellular level during pranayama, as you re-connect with the natural rhythms of the sea, your heart and your breath.

Linea FaeryLight Ginn

~ A certified Yoga Alliance Instructor through Banyan Gallagher yoga. ~ Linea has through her 15 year journey & practice in yoga developed her own unique blend of kundalini/vinyasa yoga flow combined with pranayama and chants with the specific intention to connect deeper with the authentic true Self within & to purify, strengthen and balance the body. ~ In the vibration of safety and belonging, Linea invites the students to receive a strong physical experience and let go and embark on a journey within. ~ Come and join this beautiful class and find yourself in a new amazing way. Stephanie Helvin

~ A certified Yoga Alliance and Yoga Alliance International instructor through Durga’s Tiger School. ~ Stephanie discovered yoga and fire dancing almost simultaneously over a decade ago.  Both have profoundly changed her life. In 2015, Stephanie moved to Costa Rica, following her spiritual path of art, fire, yoga, meditation, and awe of mother nature. ~ Stephanie teaches Kaula Tantra Yoga, an ancient deeply meditative practice which encourages self-exploration and discovery.  Kaula Tantra Yoga focuses on long holds, repeated shavasanas, and breath retention.  This practice aids the body in finding balance; mentally, physically, and on an energetic and cellular level.  ~ Come check out one of the oldest yoga series overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. A treasured experience to take back with you!  ~ All levels are welcome.
