Reservations / Deposits

All Bookings for all Dates (January 1st – December 31st) are Non Refundable when booking this Rate. In the case of needing to cancel or Modify (subject to availability and approval) ONLY a future credit will be given, a Refund will not be an option.

Important: The credit card used for booking must match the name of one of the travelers staying in the room and must be presented at check-in. For third-party payments, please contact us before booking.

January 6th – April 30th & November 1st – December 19th

*Deposit: 25% charged at booking (non-refundable); the remaining 75% charged 90 days before check-in.

*1 Room: Cancel 61+ days before check-in for no penalty (75% will be refunded). Cancellations within 60 days or less (90 days for groups) are non-refundable.

*2+ Rooms: Cancel 91+ days before check-in for no penalty. Cancellations within 90 days or less are non-refundable.

May 1st – October 31st

*Deposit: No deposit required.

*1 Room: Cancel 46+ days before check-in for no penalty (75% will be refunded). Cancellations within 45 days or less (90 days for groups) are non-refundable.

*2+ Rooms: Cancel 91+ days before check-in for no penalty. Cancellations within 90 days or less are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Policy (December 20th – January 5th) and Non-Refundable Rates

*Full payment charged 24 hours after booking; non-refundable.

*Cancel within 24 hours of booking for no penalty.

Important Notes (All Dates)

Minimum Stay: 2 nights (most of the year); 4 nights for groups; 5 nights for holidays.

Non-Refundable Rates: Charged at booking.

Bookings (Jan 6 – Dec 19): Charged 90 days before check-in.

Bookings (Dec 20 – Jan 5): Charged 24 hours after booking (non-refundable).

Other Policies

*You may be contacted within 24 hours for potential modifications.

*No-shows are non-refundable.

*Cancellations and modifications must be requested via email. No name changes or reservation transfers are allowed.

*Force Majeure: Ylang Ylang Beach Resort is not liable for events beyond our control.

Included Meals

Breakfast: One dish, juice, and coffee/tea.

Dinner: One main course and juice.

Children’s Meals: Limited to the children’s menu; regular menu items require full price or upgrade at check-in.
