In the case of needing to cancel or postpone due to COVID-19 diagnosis within travel dates, or country border closures, we will offer a full future credit to be used within 1 year of original booking date.
***Trip cancellation (within cancelation policy dates) due to government travel advisories, fear of travel, or change of mind is not covered and no credits or refunds will be available.

All Bookings (does not apply to non refundable rates) (January 10th – May 1st)
*Bookings for 6 or less nights:
If you cancel your reservation 45 (90 days for groups) or less days before your check in day, your reservation is non-refundable. If your reservation is cancelled 46 (91 days for groups) or more days before your check in day, 75% will be refunded.
*Bookings for 7 or more nights:
If you cancel your reservation 90 (120 days for groups) or less days before your check in day, your reservation is non-refundable. If your reservation is cancelled 91 (91 days for groups) or more days before your check in day, 75% will be refunded.
*We do allow a 24 hour window after booking is made to cancel with no penalty (This does not apply to bookings made within the 45 days before arrival).
*Bookings made within the 45 days before arrival will be charged at the time of booking and will be non refundable.
*Modifications will be subject to availability.

*Bookings for 6 or less nights:
If you cancel your reservation 30 (90 days for groups) or less days before your check in day, your reservation is non-refundable. If your reservation is cancelled 31 (91 days for groups) or more days before your check in day, 90% will be refunded.
*Bookings for 7 or more nights:
If you cancel your reservation 60 (90 days for groups) or less days before your check in day, your reservation is non-refundable. If your reservation is cancelled 61 (91 days for groups) or more days before your check in day, 90% will be refunded.

*All reservations are non-refundable. Your card will be charged 48 hours after booking is made.
*We do allow a 24 hour window to cancel after booking is made with no penalty.

Night Minimum
*Some dates may require a night minimum. For most of the year a 2 night minimum stay is required. However, exceptions can be made.
*Groups (weddings, reunions, birthdays etc.) have a 3 night minimum.

*Holiday Dates have a 5 night minimum (depending on availability exceptions can be made for less nights).

Cancellation Policy Notes
Please note: You may be contacted in the first 24 hours of making your reservation in the case that date modifications are required. Usually this is not the case, but as a small business, we ask for your consideration in helping us to run our hotel most smoothly and effectively by fitting together our reservations. We appreciate your understanding.
If on the check-in date, we have not heard from you by 8:00pm or you did not show up for an arranged transfer, it will be considered a NO-SHOW and you will not receive a refund for your stay. Your reservation will therefore be cancelled and the room will no longer be available.
All cancellations and modifications must be done via email. If the cancellation does not meet these requirements, there will be no refunds given. No name changes will be allowed to any reservation and the room cannot be transferred or “given away” to someone else.
Due to our strict cancelation policy, we STRONGLY suggest looking into travel insurance. While we understand that situations such as weather, flight delays, or other situations are out of your control and not your fault, it is not ours either and we will be unable to offer a refund or credit. In the case of a Pandemic, if your reservation is canceled within the cancelation period (but 2 or more days before check-in), a credit for future stay will be issued, a refund will not be an option. Cancelations 2 or less days before check-in are absolutely non refundable and no credit will be offered. For a Pandemic cancelation Proof of being sick will be required for all travelers (i.e. Positive Covid Test issued in the last 3 days).
