All Bookings for all Dates (January 1st – December 31st) are Non Refundable when booking this Rate. In the case of needing to cancel or Modify (subject to availability and approval) ONLY a future credit will be given, a Refund will not be an option.
PAY LATER – Direct Booking Discount
**Important** The credit card used to make your booking MUST be in the same name of one of the travelers which will be in the room for the dates booked as the credit card will be required to be present at check-in time. For third party payments you must contact us prior to booking.
All Bookings (does not apply to non refundable rates) (January 15th – December 15th)
*1 Room Booking for 6 or less nights: If you cancel your reservation 45 (90 days for groups) or less days before your check in day, your reservation is non-refundable. If your reservation is cancelled between 46 and 90 days before your check-in day there is a 10% penalty. If your reservation is cancelled 91 or more days before your check in day there is no penalty.
*1 Room Booking for 7 or more nights: If you cancel your reservation 90 or less days before your check in day, your reservation is non-refundable. If your reservation is cancelled 91 (121 days for groups) or more days before your check in day there is no penalty.
*2 or More Room Bookings for 1 to 6 nights: If you cancel your reservation 90 or less days before your check in day, your reservation is non-refundable. If your reservation is cancelled 91 or more days before your check in day there is no penalty.
*For Bookings being made within the cancelation policy window you will be charged at the time of booking and will be non refundable. *Modifications will be subject to availability.
All Bookings (December 15th – January 15th)
*All reservations are non-refundable 24 hours after booking is made which is when your card will be charged for the full amount. If you cancel within 24 hours of booking there is no penalty.

IMPORTANT NOTES (APPLIES TO ALL DATES)
NIGHT MINIMUM: *For most of the year a 2 night minimum stay is required. However, exceptions can be made.
*Groups (weddings, reunions, birthdays etc.) have a 4 night minimum.

*Holiday Dates have a 5 night minimum (depending on availability exceptions can be made for less nights).
All Bookings between January 15th and December 15th will be charged 90 days before check-in. Booking within the dates of December 15th and January 15th will be charged 24 hours after booking is made and are Non Refundable once charged. Please see our above Cancelation Policy for more details.
Please note: You may be contacted in the first 24 hours of making your reservation in the case that date modifications are required. Usually this is not the case, but as a small business, we ask for your consideration in helping us to run our hotel most smoothly and effectively by fitting together our reservations. We appreciate your understanding. If on the check-in date, we have not heard from you by 8:00pm or you did not show up for an arranged transport, it will be considered a NO-SHOW and you will not receive a refund for your stay. Your reservation will therefore be cancelled and the room will no longer be available.
All cancellations and modifications must be done via email. If the cancellation does not meet these requirements, there will be no refunds/credits given. No name changes will be allowed to any reservation and the room cannot be transferred or “given away” to someone else.
I agree that Ylang Ylang Beach Resort will not be liable in the event of natural disasters, fires, lockdowns, government orders, or other circumstances beyond our control.
INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR INCLUDED MEALS:
*Included breakfast: One dish, one “Ylang Ylang Natural Juice” and coffee or tea.
*Included dinner: One main course from our Dinner Menu, Vegan Menu or our Raw Foods Menu and one “Ylang Ylang Natural Juice” per person.
*Children (under 3-10.99) Meals: are limited to the Children’s menu. If they would like anything off of the regular menu, you will need to pay the full price for the dish you want as only the children’s menu is included for children, or you can upgrade to an adult paying price at the front desk at check-in time.
*Children (0-2.99) Do not pay and therefore do not have food included.
