Linea Poulsen is born in Denmark in 1969. She is a certified yoga teacher E-RYT 200 trained by Banyan Gallagher at Montezuma Yoga in 2013. Linea discovered yoga during her first pregnancy in 1995. She found it was a wonderful tool to achieve presence and connection with the body and the unborn baby and also experienced it as the perfect way to prepare for birth, both psychically and mentally. Linea has 4 homebirthed children. Her yoga practice stayed with her through her busy life as a loyal companion facilitating presence, peace and growth. From her practice Linea discovered our enait ability to fully experience and embrace all aspects of ourselves and owning the internally rich landskabe of light and dark and the highs and lows of our lives, as the pranic flow in the body increases to clear and harmonize. Her passion for yoga is reflected in her unique, inspiring fusion style with an emphasis on breathwork for both activating the healing fire within and promoting serene calm to heal the nervous system, bringing the student to a state of clarity, calmness and courage. Linea’s instructions furthermore supports the students gently to open to the experience of love, forgiveness and acceptance of oneself as well as discovering a new level of potential and greatness in the body. Popular classes Linea leads are Vinyasa, Kundalini, Yin and Yoga Nidra.
